Chase Fieler Alley Dunk

In addition to pulling the NCAA tournament's biggest upset Friday night, Florida Gulf Coast also delivered its most jaw-dropping dunk. With second-seeded Georgetown having trimmed a 19-point deficit to seven and still two minutes remaining, Florida Gulf Coast beat the Hoyas' full-court press and threw the ball ahead to Brett Comer in the frontcourt. Comer could have played it safe and milked the clock when two defenders converged on him, but instead he threw a lob that appeared destined to be a turnover until teammate Chase Fieler grabbed it out of the air with one hand and threw down an incredible alley-oop slam.Leading by seven with under two minutes to play, FGCU broke Georgetown's full-court press with a deep pass to Comer. With 30 seconds remaining on the shot clock, the 6'3 sophomore drew the attention of two Georgetown defenders and then threw a gutsy, high-arching lob pass over his right shoulder to the cutting Fieler. Fieler flew through the lane and threw down a one-handed alley-oop dunk. And on Friday night, the No. 15 seed FGCU shocked the world by knocking off No. 2 seed Georgetown 78-68. Really, FGCU dominated the game, and they also threw down a few spectacular dunks. The most spectacular of which, was without question an alley-oop dunk from Chase Fieler that was set up by a street ball-esque underhanded lob pass from teammate Brett Comer.
