Dwyane Wade Gets Away With Sick Seven Steps Travel vs Blazers

I understand it’s the NBA, so traveling and walks calls aren’t called with regularity. But this missed called is a ridiculous and the refs should be reprimanded. This uncalled travel by Dwyane Wade against the Portland Trail Blazers on Dec. 28 is the latest example. This is hardly a new issue, though. Even the great Michael Jordan got away with some pretty egregious traveling in his day.

J.R. Smith Unties Shawn Marion's Shoe During Knicks-Mavericks Game (Video)

J.R. Smith is a known knucklehead. Look no further than his ill-advised shot attempt in the New York Knicks' loss to the Houston Rockets on Friday night. Smith was at it again Sunday against the Dallas Mavericks, although this stunt didn't actually hurt his team. With a 10-22 record, the Knicks are looking for any type of edge to win games. With that said, this was a bush-league move by Smith, who is having an abysmal season.

Female Alabama fan attacks Oklahoma fan Video

A female Alabama fan was looking to fight an Oklahoma fan in the stands at the Sugar Bowl and wasn't going to let anyone get in the way. After another Bama supporter turned his back after pulling her away from the Sooners fan, the woman attacked.“Everyone's making me look like such a bad guy,” Pritchett told Yellowhammer. “What I did was probably not the thing to do. But they were taunting us. They began by going after me. But then they crossed the line and started taunting my 16-year-old son. This woman in the houndstooth jacket (does every female Bama fan own one of these blazers?) got into a little spat with a few Oklahoma fans and decided to launch herself into them. While the idea wasn’t great, you have to admire her execution. She gets some good air over the seats and lands right in the middle of the group. Michael Connolly, the alleged victim of the attack, tweeted that the Alabama fan is a mother of three who had her children at the game.

LeBron James Slips on the Court and Leaves Skid Mark

Miami Heat star LeBron James took a spill during the third quarter against the Golden State Warriors on Thursday that resulted in some serious skid marks on the court, giving the cleanup crew a very difficult time. That’s since been rectified, as James has been wearing the LeBron 11s on a regular basis. But a new problem arose during the Heat’s game against the Warriors on Thursday, when LeBron slipped in transition and the shoes left quite the skid marks on the Heat’s home floor. These courts are very smooth and well-manicured. These things are not supposed to happen. But that’s kind of what LeBron does, right? He makes things you didn’t think were possible look ordinary, even when he falls down.

Mark Hunt vs. Antonio Silva Full Fight UFC Fight Night 33

In the main event at UFC Fight Night: Hunt vs Bigfoot, former K-1 champion Mark Hunt (9-8 MMA; 4-2 UFC) faces Antonio Silva (18-5 MMA; 2-2 UFC). This 5 round Heavyweight fight headlines the event. The UFC Rankings have Bigfoot as the #4 contender at Heavyweight, with Hunt unranked. UFC Fight Night: Hunt vs Bigfoot airs live from Brisbane, Australia this weekend on Fox Sports 1. One very important note: because of the time change from Australia, this card will air live in the US on FRIDAY night, December 6 at 9 p.m. ET / 6 p.m. PT.Hunt has had an up-and-down past few years in mixed martial arts (MMA). He lost his last bout in spectacular fashion when former UFC heavyweight champion Junior dos Santos knocked him out with a spinning heel kick at UFC 160 in May. Prior to that, "Super Samoan" had racked up a four-fight win streak and was knocking on the door of title contention. There’s no doubt he’s one of the most powerful and exciting fighters in UFC today. He has a golden opportunity to prove he can beat top heavyweights when he steps into the Octagon to face Silva.Hunt rose into title contention during 2013, winning four straight fights. However, in a May bout opposite Junior dos Santos, Hunt ran into a rare opponent who was capable of striking with him. While a knockout loss to Dos Santos set Hunt back, he has a chance to rebound in a big way against Silva on Friday in Australia. Ahead of this important heavyweight matchup, here is a closer look at how Silva and Hunt match up in all areas.
