Angels hitting coach injured catching the ceremonial first pitch (Video)

Angels hitting coach Don Baylor appeared to seriously injure his knee or ankle catching the ceremonial first pitch from retired slugger Vladimir Guerrero before Monday night’s Angels game. That's not good. Guerrero, after making his toss, tried to help Baylor to his feet, but it's clear he was indeed injured. He remained on the ground until Vlad got to him and then tried to stand up on his own, when his leg buckled again. He was helped off the field in what was supposed to be his first game with the Angels. The extent of the damage is unclear, but the latest news from the Angels has Baylor at UCI Medical Center having his right leg examined.
