The main event did not last long and the hype was true in this one. The heavyweights are known for classic knockouts and this one certainly lived up to those expectations. Andrei Arlovski came into Brazil and knocked out fan favorite Antonio “Bigfoot” Silva in the opening round.Arlovski earned the "Performance of the Night" bonus for his first-round stoppage victory in a rematch against "Bigfoot," who had scored decision victory over him inside the Strikeforce cage in 2010. Arlovski now rides a 5-0 winning streak under the UFC banner, three of them coming by way of knockout.Arlovski works the body of Silva early.
