A brawl involving Brad Keselowski and Matt Kenseth ensued following the NASCAR race Saturday night at Charlotte Motor Speedway.
Upset that Keselowski rear-ended him on pit road after the race was over, Kenseth blindsided Keselowski in the garage area putting him in a headlock and setting off a shoving match between their respective teams.Normally mild-mannered Matt Kenseth attacked Brad Keselowski in between Team Penske's transporters, putting Keselowski in a headlock before they were separated.
That confrontation capped a wild and confusing series of events which included contact between Kenseth, Keselowski, Denny Hamlin and Tony Stewart.Kenseth and Hamlin, who are teammates for JGR, went looking for Keselowski after the race and found him by his trailer. Kenseth was upset with Keselowski for hitting him on the cool-down lap. That's some crazy shit! The race, of course, featured all manner of intentional wrecks—even after the checkered flag—and the sort of behavior that makes NASCAR entertaining but difficult to take seriously at times.
