Forget about the catch of the year. This grab by New York Giants receiver Odell Beckham Jr. is one of the best you will ever see.
On the first play of the second quarter of Sunday night's game against the Dallas Cowboys at MetLife Stadium, Beckham connected on a pass from quarterback Eli Manning that has to be seen to be believed.
It was the first play of the second quarter, a first-down play from the Dallas Cowboys' 43-yard line. Giants quarterback Eli Manning rolled out to his right and found Beckham sprinting down the right sideline, covered by Cowboys defensive backs. Manning fired the ball in Beckham's direction, possibly hoping for a pass-interference call, which was indeed made as Beckham was interfered with in his effort to make the leaping catch.
It was Beckham's second touchdown catch of the night, which account for just his fourth and fifth TD catches of the entire season. The 22-year-old rookie out of LSU is making quite a splash his first year in the league.
