57th Annual GRAMMY Awards 2015 AC-DC Performs 'Highway to Hell

AC/DC hit the stage for the first time in four years at the 2015 Grammy Awards. Supporting their new album Rock or Bust, the rock ‘n’ roll veterans performed “Rock or Bust”, as well as their classic hit “Highway to Hell”. The lineup included frontman Brian Johnson, lead guitarist Angus Young, rhythm guitarist Stevie Young (the nephew of Malcolm Young, who left the band due to health reasons), bassist Cliff Williams, and drummer Chris Slade The veteran rock band joins pop icon Madonna, country star Eric Church, singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran and pop singer Ariana Grande as the first batch of performers to be announced for the prestigious music ceremony. AC/DC did not receive any Grammy nominations, as their ‘Rock or Bust’ album and singles came out too late in 2014 for consideration in this year’s awards. After the performance, host LL Cool J referred to the band as "devilishly good." In 2010, AC/DC won the Grammy for best hard rock performance for "War Machine." The band has previously been nominated for six other Grammys.
