Katy Perry sent in a performance from her "Prismatic" tour for the 2014 Billboard Music Awards and the offering can only be described as a vomiting of neon colors swirling around a giant cake while performing her "Birthday" song. But the pinnacle was when she took off on a flying harness and asked the audience, "Who wants a ride?" Presumably many, many people. The 29-year-old entertainer is currently in the middle of her Prismatic World Tour, which is currently in Glasgow, Scotland. Katy will remain in the Scotland/England area until the end of the month.A lucky girl in the crowd holding a birthday poster caught the eye of KP, who brought her up on stage and put her in a decorated birthday throne. The set was impressive — the throne turned into a spinning birthday cake, surrounded by men in birthday-themed bodysuits showing off acrobatic moves along towering birthday candles.Perry was just one of the show-stoppers performing at the 2014 Billboard Music Awards, which had already presented performances by 5 Seconds of Summer, Shakira, Florida Georgia Line, Ariana Grande, Iggy Azalea and more by the time the KatyCats got to watch their idol. Perry is a finalist for Top Artist at the Billboard Music Awards, along with Miley Cyrus, Imagine Dragons, Bruno Mars and Justin Timberlake.
