Richard Sherman’s trash talking knows no limits. Apparently he and Michael Crabtree were talking during the NFC Championship Game in Seattle on Sunday, so he really went off on the San Francisco 49ers wide receiver after making a huge play to set up an interception that sent Seattle to the Super Bowl.
After tipping the pass to set up the game-clinching interception, Sherman gave Crabtree a sarcastic pat on the butt and then gave the 49ers a choke sign that resulted in a personal foul penalty. But that was only the start. The real fireworks came when Erin Andrews interviewed him on the field. The outspoken All-Pro was flagged for taunting 49ers receiver Michael Crabtree after the interception, but that wasn't enough for him.
Sherman decided to take advantage of his brief time in the spotlight by calling Crabtree out during an epic rant while being interviewed by FOX's Erin Andrews after the game. The ringtone, which can be downloaded here, cuts out all the excess fat from the interview and shaves things down to the vital moments of the rant. There’s no Erin Andrews sound as though she’s fearful for her life, there’s no follow up question, it’s just Sherman ripping into Crabtree for doubting his talents as the best cornerback in the NFL.
They say you can’t make your way around Seattle without seeing a person carrying a Starbucks cup, but now you won’t be able to drown out the sound of phones ringing to the tune of Richard Sherman’s rant.
